Recounting of marks to SSC and other Minor Exams, Candidates. Challan procedure.

In CFMS portal,(https://cfms.ap.gov.in/ )

go to Citizen Services.
Under Receipts link, select Citizen challan.
In Department, select or type ESE03 (Government examination Dept)

In Service, select 1048 (Recounting of marks to SSC and other minor exams, candidates)

Then HoA,District, Treasury & DDo code will display automatically,

Click on submit.
Fill all the fields in next appeared screen and choose your payment mode(manual / e-payment)

Click on submit.

In case of Manual payment  Acknowledgement screen appears

Please note the CFMS Transaction ID,Bank Ref No. for your Reference

status will be pending,



After Paying the challan amount in the bank then you will get Challan No. and status as sucess.

This will be your further reference.

In case of e-payment

Payment Gateway appears, Click on SBI, State bank multi options payment system screen appears

Net banking / Card payments / Other payments, choose accordingly

After payment completion is successful, then challan status screen displays, you can view details of challan, to view / print / download challan click on Print APTC Form - 10.
